Dexter [Showtime TV Show] – Dexter’s House in Belmont Shores, Long Beach, CA
Right around the corner from where I live, is where Dexter lives. 
This is the house and street where they shoot a good portion of the show. The white house next door is also used for filming as well. They also shoot 'Monk' and the new '90210' in our neighborhood. The Ferris Bueller and Donnie Darko houses are not far from me as well.
